Stephanie Bills is a passionate healthcare leader and wellness innovator with over a decade of experience in mental health and operations. As a founder of Harper Clinic, she brings her deep-rooted belief that true healing happens when mind, body, and soul are treated together.
After working her way up from graveyard tech to Director of Operations at Maple Mountain Mental Health & Wellness, Stephanie saw firsthand how fragmented healthcare systems made it hard for individuals to access comprehensive, coordinated care. Inspired by her own journey as a mother, wellness advocate, and mental health history, she envisioned a place where someone struggling with depression, anxiety, or physical imbalances wouldn’t have to navigate multiple clinics, referrals, and waiting lists. That vision became Harper Clinic.
At Harper, Stephanie has woven together advanced modalities like TMS, functional psychiatry, and ketamine-assisted therapy with deeply restorative practices such as massage, sound healing, and breathwork. Her goal is simple: to make healing easier to access, more integrative, and truly transformative.
Outside of the clinic, Stephanie lives on her family ranch with her husband, three kids, four horses, two dogs, and a cat — a lifestyle that mirrors her love for nature, connection, and grounded living.

Josh Staub is a licensed Substance Use Disorder Counselor who obtained his education and training at Utah Valley University. Additionally, he is a State Certified Case Manager and has completed specialized training to support clients in their journey toward healing.
Specializing in life skills development, planning, and removing shame around maladaptive coping mechanisms, Josh is dedicated to helping clients understand the root of their behaviors and guiding them toward healthier responses. He focuses on exploring passions, purpose, and meaning, while ensuring that clients feel seen and heard throughout the process.
Drawing from personal experience, Josh has dealt with mental health challenges since adolescence and previously turned to substances as a way to cope. He now understands that these behaviors were a form of self-preservation, not a reflection of morality or self-control. This personal insight deeply informs his compassionate approach to counseling.
At the core of Josh’s work is the belief that shame is a key issue many clients face, fueling maladaptive coping strategies. By creating a safe, non-judgmental environment, Josh helps clients break free from these patterns.
As part of the team at Harper Clinic, Josh appreciates the individualized approach to treatment. He values that Harper Clinic works with clients as unique individuals rather than focusing solely on diagnoses, creating a space where clients feel safe to reconnect with and express their authentic selves.
