Stephanie Bills is a passionate healthcare leader and wellness innovator with over a decade of experience in mental health and operations. As a founder of Harper Clinic, she brings her deep-rooted belief that true healing happens when mind, body, and soul are treated together.

After working her way up from graveyard tech to Director of Operations at Maple Mountain Mental Health & Wellness, Stephanie saw firsthand how fragmented healthcare systems made it hard for individuals to access comprehensive, coordinated care. Inspired by her own journey as a mother, wellness advocate, and mental health history, she envisioned a place where someone struggling with depression, anxiety, or physical imbalances wouldn’t have to navigate multiple clinics, referrals, and waiting lists. That vision became Harper Clinic.

At Harper, Stephanie has woven together advanced modalities like TMS, functional psychiatry, and ketamine-assisted therapy with deeply restorative practices such as massage, sound healing, and breathwork. Her goal is simple: to make healing easier to access, more integrative, and truly transformative.

Outside of the clinic, Stephanie lives on her family ranch with her husband, three kids, four horses, two dogs, and a cat — a lifestyle that mirrors her love for nature, connection, and grounded living.

With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I have found a true passion in helping individuals and families work through their life challenges. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to do this work. I seek to provide a compassionate, grounded space where you can feel truly heard, valued, and empowered. My experience includes working primarily with adolescents and adults who have experienced eating disorders, body image issues, self esteem problems, self-harm, suicidal ideation, depression, anxiety and trauma. I also have several years experience working with families and parents, helping them to improve their communication and work through relational problems.

I take a trauma informed, eclectic approach to therapy, rooted in a person centered approach. My role is not to “fix” you, but to act as a collaborative guide. Together, we will work to uncover core strengths, identify and reframe deeply rooted negative self-beliefs, and build a more balanced, compassionate self-view. Ultimately, my goal is to equip you with the insight and tools you need to solve your own problems and build lasting resilience. I frequently integrate evidence-based techniques tailored to your unique needs. These include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectal behavioral therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
